Push Tray Sorter V2
Design No :
MFS-ORD-20250817-PTS-0001-48
A push-tray sorter conveys items on individual trays and gently pushes them into target chutes, making it ideal for fragile, irregular, or small items. It offers precise discharge with minimal product stress and fits dense chute arrays; this configuration shows 30 chutes. Supports multi-induction and buffered recirculation. Integrates with WMS/WCS for order batching and wave management. Typical process areas: inbound (goods receipt & check-in), item sorting (order consolidation, put-to-zone), outbound (shipping waves), and returns handling.
Sectors: books/publishing, cosmetics & beauty, pharma (secondary packaging), electronics accessories, jewelry. Goods: fragile or irregular items, small cartons, polybags placed on trays. Use cases: item-level sorting to orders/stores, click‑&‑collect lanes, micro-fulfillment. Strengths: very gentle discharge, high slot density, good for small SKU picking.
